1. The court rebuilding/renovation plan was reviewed. The chemical treatment will start 1 week
prior to the earth work. The court will be tilled down about 14 inches and releveled.
The chemical treatment will help correct the PH, destroy the perlscale, treat the fungus, and
promote the health of the grass. The estimated cost is $1500 but could increase slightly
because the labor cost has increased 40% above the original estimate. The date for the tractor
work is Wednesday, May 19th to best coincide with treating the perlscale disease.

(John, 2nd by Paul; vote carried motion 4-1).

Ren's court:
The progress of the project to rebuild Ren's court was discussed.  It
was decided to spend up to $450 on stollens to establish
the Bermuda lawn.  Rory to contact Stan (and Ren) on this item.

Old Fournier court:
The Fournier court was sold to Chip Toleson whom may be interested in
croquet lessons.  Jacques will approach him with the idea of golf croquet
in an informal social setting with the latest pro-am players.  John and Jay to
provide assistance and coaching.  Rory to drop off the equipment for the event.
The target date is a weekday night between the 12th and 16th of July.

Phoenician:
Rory will approach the management to ask for a better understanding of how
they would like to promote the game of croquet at their facility and
determine how the club can help them.

Catharine's social group:
Catherine has a list of 20 people who are interested in a social croquet event.
These events would grow interest in the game through the use of golf croquet with
a social atmosphere.  Catharine's backyard is well suited for a croquet court and is
60 x 80 feet.

Sun City Lawn Bowlers:
Jacques mentioned that there is a national lawn bowling officer at Pinehurst and Mack
can help us make contact with him.  This person may be helpful at making contact with
Sun City and securing the use of one or two courts during the AZ Open.

Membership:
The Board decided to review the various types of membership, add a golf croquet and
social membership, and drop the memberships which are not being used anymore
(associate and special).  The secretary will draft the membership proposal, revising the
existing membership descriptions, and send out for review and vote by email by the board.

Currently we have 11 regular members, 2 family, 1 corresponding, 1 seasonal and 4 founding fathers.
