Since 2005, the field of
the Arizona Open has been limited to a maximum of 12 players due to
our reduced staff and limited facilities of the Arizona Croquet
Club. But the tradition
of having fun has never left us. A smaller tournament has grown
into a great core group of players, that enjoy the game and its unusual
format.
Play begins with doubles. Each person is paired with a new
partner each round and at the end of two and half days the players with
the best records advance into the singles playoff event.
